Free Hugs Campaign
Juan was alone in Sydney, so he made this sign and went out in the streets. That was in 2006. Today, there are “Free Hug Campaign” members all over the world.

Bonus: Young Me / Now Me, by ZeFrank
This is more recent, and if you haven’t heard about it yet, now’s the time. ZeFrank, a well known web celebrity person-dude, had the brilliantly simple idea of asking people to re-enact photographs from their past. They did, and it’s a special kind of magical.
